This is really helpful. Setting goals is something which I often struggle with, as I tend to make them either unachievable or I don’t make any at all. It’s easy to think about what you want to achieve, but unless you write it down and make some solid goals with time periods, it is unlikely that they will ever be achieved

ReplyDeleteAs claimed by Stanford Medical, It's indeed the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years more and weigh an average of 42 lbs less than us.
ReplyDelete(And really, it has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and EVERYTHING to do with "how" they eat.)
